August 2015 Land Use Committee Agenda

Please join us for the August 11, 2015 Land Use Committee Meeting at 7:00pm at the Mount Vernon Recreation Center at 2701 Commonwealth Avenue. Topics to be discussed include:

  1. Pork Barrel BBQ/ Holy Cow/ Sushi Bar: Increase number of seats, add live music and parking reduction.
  2. Del Ray Montessori Expansion: Add toddler program, additional primary class and parking reduction.
  3. Del Ray Pizzeria (The Reserve): Amend existing SUP to allow use of second floor dining room without reservations.
  4. 2700 Jefferson Davis Highway, Souvlaki Bar: Request to open a fast-casual restaurant
