    • Fatal pedestrian incident at Braddock & Commonwealth: APD investigation concluded; at Commonwealth Attorney’s office will determine if charges will be brought.

        • Noise from public outdoor space
        • Pedestrian safety at garage entrance
        • Lost of original historical elements (Tthese elements have already deteriorated but will be replicated in new construction)
        • Motion from committee to approve with LUC recommendations
