The following items are on the Land Use Committee’s agenda for its April 12th meeting at the Mt. Vernon Rec Center at 7 pm. All are welcome to attend and provide comments.

  • Presentation by Alex Dambach on Small Business Zoning Changes.

Discussion on upcoming cases for May meeting:

  1. 113 E. Custis subdivision / demolition of contributing historic residence.
  2. Expansion of awning (encroachment) at St. Elmo’s / Market2Market.
  3. SUP for pizza restaurant at 1504 Mt. Vernon Ave.

These cases will be voted on at the May membership meeting.
