- Business used to be in the Calvert. Parking sufficient for 4 tables 8 chairs. Overlay zone a few issues (business wants to use backlit sign from previous location)
- Applicant: Not a chain but a local business. Workers suffering from loss of business. Never hit a person with delivery. Working with Walgreens for parking their vans.
- LUC voted 6-1 against SUP: Business out of character for neighborhood. Concerns for safetly and need for future customer parking. Rooftop equipment an eyesore.
- Amendment by Amy Slack to put conditions (business hours , screening rooftop equipment ):
- Should Planning Commission recommend supporting SUP, we ask for midnight operating hours, screening equipment, apply for 15-minute parking spots
