    1. 10 part 1 offenses (about average for Del Ray). Most from vehicles, with only one forced opening. (Lock your cars!)
    2. 9 crashes (same as previous month) with one injury (telephone pole)

    1.  Manages properties across city for people with mental health challenges. Also known as Group homes
    2. The home at 417 E Bellefonte with 12 units needs renovation after 30 years
    3. 11 residents to be house together at Southern Towers during renovation
    4. This is a renovation for next 20 years with new  windows, grooves, appliances, accessibility
    5. Targeted mid summer start time for renovation to return at end of year
    6. Also: Lacy Court renovation wrapping up phase 1 (Nelson) with second phase aiming for a Q4 finish
